What is Osteopathy?
Osteopaths offer a holistic approach to assess the structure and bio mechanics of the body to determine which areas of the body require treatment to restore optimal function and movement.
Osteopaths aim to improve pain, injury and dysfunction by releasing tight muscles and connective tissues that effect the function and alignment of bones, nerves and joints.
This is achieved through various techniques such as; soft tissue massage, trigger point release, stretching, dry needling, joint manipulation and articulation.
